I have tutored since my freshman year of high school in many subjects and I've found that I am best at teaching the sciences. I was awarded the Govenor's Award for academics, was a four year academic letter in high school, Vice President of National Honor Society, received Academic All-State in the sports of wrestling and football, Magna Cum Laude of my high school graduating class, scored 29 on the ACT, etc. While in high school I took several college credit and AP classes. I have taken Biology 1010-1620. I have taken Chemistry 1210 and 1220. I have also completed Calculus 1, English 2020, Pshychology 1010, American Government and American History classes. I want to be a tutor because it is familiar and natural to me. It is fulfilling to be able to help someone understand a troubling concept or problem and I enjoy being the person who brings light to any enigma.
