I graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 2012, with a 4.0. I am now a Freshman at Southern Utah University,majoring in Elementary Education.
Experience
I haven't had any official tutoring experience, but I helped my friends with their Math and English classes all through junior high and high school. I received a 31 on the ACT, scoring in or above the 90th percentile in all four-five counting the writing-sections of the test. In high school i took 4 AP classes, and took the AP test on three of those. I received a 4 on the AP US History test, a 4 on the AP English Lit test, and a 5 on the AP Calculus AB test. I want to be a tutor because I love helping people. I love to see the look on peoples faces when they finally understand a concept that they have been struggling with. I plan on being an elementary school teacher, and I think tutoring is a great way to gain more experience.
