I did some volutary, unofficial tutoring in high school and have always helped struggling students in the math classes I have taken. I got a 33 ACT Math score, a 660 SAT math score, and passes the AP Calculus AB test with a 5. Also, I have always scored in the above average range in the math portion of state tests in high school and middle school. I have taken many math classes that include Algebra I and II, Geomety, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and calculus I, II, and III. I was on the Mathletes team at my high school for three years and helped the team take 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place against about 13 other schools in the league. I personally was the individual champion for the entire league (consisting of around a hundred kids) my senior year. I also received several math awards from my high school throughout my high school career. My senior year, I was awarded a president's and principal's award in addition to a Bank of America nomination recognition award in the area of math and science my senior year. I was ranked number one in my high school graduating class.
