I would love to be a tutor because I know how hard it is to be a struggling student and feel like you don't have any help. I have a lot of experience with people and helping them to become better. I was in the top 10 in my high school class, and I was able to help mentor elementary school children when I was in high school. I served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Lubbock, TX. I had the chance to help a lot of people learn and become better people. While I was there, I learned to speak, read, and write in Spanish. I have always enjoyed math and sciences. I was the top math student in my class in all four years of high school. I really enjoy helping people to succeed, because I know how hard it is to not be able to do it by yourself.
